Description
Virtual care refers to any interaction that occurs remotely between a client and member of their circle of care team to provide health care services. Virtual care is an umbrella term that covers all forms of communication used to connect virtually to support health care.
Overview
FNDHO is supporting First Nations who want to use virtual care tools to support virtual visits for Home & Community Care, Mental Health & Addictions, COVID early symptom reporting and monitoring. FNDHO is continually making progress towards understanding how virtual care tools may benefit First Nations Health Service providers and their clients. FNDHO will work with your health team to look at how Virtual Care Tools can support delivery of health services in your community.
